Contact Center/Customer Support
KellyConnect, the global contact center arm of Kelly Services, is looking for experienced motivated, energetic, self-directed and customer focused individuals who want to eagerly assist customers by finding a solution that works best for each situation and being that helpful voice on the other end of the line. We have multiple long-term, work from home, Online Store Representative openings. Online Store Representatives are responsible for: -Assisting customers with placing orders over the phone and setting expectations for next steps -Providing phone support to customers who have order-status questions or require changes to their orders -Making it seem easy! Translating tech-speak, billing, shipping, and eCommerce jargon into everyday, understandable terms -Utilizing multiple sources of information to stay current on product features, technology changes, and events that impact customers -Anticipating next steps by ensuring an excellent experience after the call by setting expectations the customer may not have thought about: explaining when products will deliver, when a credit card will be charged, when a return will be received, and so on Training: -Three weeks, 12 PM – 9 PM EST Work Schedule: -Full-time afternoon, evening, night and overnight work schedules available, after full-time training is completed -Have a flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as we are a 24×7 operation Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour Desired Qualities, Behaviors and Skills: -Customer-focused and detail-oriented with the ability to provide a memorable and customized experience -Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment where calls are monitored, recorded and assessed -Excited to learn new things; adaptive and flexible to changing technologies and processes and open and receptive to coaching and feedback -Professional telephone demeanor with excellent verbal and active listening skills -Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision -Team player with a strong willingness to assist peers -Comfortable working with ambiguity Minimum Experience and Education Requirements: -Basic computer skills with 1-2 years proven experience in a customer service environment -Previous contact center, consumer retail, food service or hospitality experience is a plus -Able to work from home in a quiet environment free of background noise and interruption -Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new applications -Degree preferred, at minimum a High School Diploma or GED Five Reasons to Work for Kelly Services: -If you relocate, so does your job! -As a Kelly employee, you’ll have access to world-class perks, including: Group-rate medical, prescription, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance options that are available for purchase immediately upon hire- and the coverage is portable (administered through a designated third-party vendor) -Weekly electronic pay via direct deposit or payroll distribution service -Service Bonus Plan and Employee Discount Program -Online continuing education via the Kelly Learning Center You could be our next Online Store Representative and work from home-no matter where home is!
